Family Friendly Halloween Guide 2017

Blog by Sara Cleavenger

Looking for family-friendly Halloween festivities? We've got you covered with this list of our favorites. Many of these events run throughout October, giving you scheduling options as well.

HalloVeen at The Magical Forest

When:
October 13th-15th, 2017 and October 20th-31st, 2017
Friday and Saturday 5:30pm-9:30pm, Sunday-Thursday 5:30pm-9:00pm

Where:
6300 West Oakey Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89146

In addition to trick or treating, there is a petting zoo, crafts, live entertainment, circus activities and carnival games. Its also a fairly inexpensive option and if you're already a Springs Preserve member, you get ½ off.

This event is non-stop fun for children of all ages. Their rides and attractions include; Rod's Monstrous Mini-Golf, Avalanche Slide, Boris the Elf's Experience, The Blizzard, The Haunted Adventure, Cheyenne's Enchanted Carousel and the Forest Express Ghost Train. There will also be food, nightly entertainment, candy, pumpkin displays, and costume contests.

Not only is this place incredibly fun, but it's also a charity event. All proceeds benefit people with disabilities at Opportunity Village. Supporting our local charities, while building memories, sounds like a winning combination to me.
