Please know that our team thoroughly reviews every application. If your application was not accepted, please know that we have already processed a full refund to your account.
Some of the most common reasons that applications aren’t accepted include:
- Not meeting our Membership Eligibility Requirements.
- Sharing a household with an active member, a previously banned member, or a member currently in the waiting period.
- Not providing a proper verification selfie completing the specific pose requested (pointing at your ear with three fingers).
- Not having a valid residential address on your ID within one of our approved eligible member areas.
- Not providing clear, readable photos of your ID.
For security reasons and due to the volume of requests for membership we receive, if we have not already, we are unable to provide you with the exact reason your application was not accepted. If anything should change in the future, our team will contact you to let you know that you are now eligible.

You must be a member of Plug In Vegas to see the shows and events we offer. We don’t even allow current members to post what shows, events or venues we partner with.
The reason for this is simple.
If we were to publicly post we’re offering our members comp tickets to a particular show or event, people would just join Plug In Vegas and no one would ever buy tickets from the venue. While you might say this sounds great for us, we would no longer be able to offer you great shows and events because the venues we work with would go out of business.
We know this is not ideal for people interested in our service, but our membership comes with no contract allowing you to cancel at any time. You can check us out for a bit, and if it’s not a fit for you, you may easily cancel from within your user profile at any time.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve offered over $27 million in tickets to our members with the average value of our tickets if you were to have to pay for them being somewhere in the neighborhood of $30-$200+ per ticket. Some of the tickets we offer are worth much more than this. Your membership will more than pay for itself for several months or years just by attending one or two events.
