Per our Membership Requirements, all applicants must possess a valid, 21+ Nevada-issued Driver’s License or a valid, 21+ Nevada-issued State ID card with a Las Vegas area address (Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, or Henderson only). No other form of identification or document(s) will be accepted for the Las Vegas residency requirement.

Can I join if I don’t have a Nevada-issued photo ID card?

Per our Membership Requirements, all applicants must possess a valid, 21+ Nevada-issued Driver’s License or a valid, 21+ Nevada-issued State ID card with a Las Vegas area address (Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, or Henderson only). No other form of identification or document(s) will be accepted for the Las Vegas residency requirement.

I don’t have a Las Vegas area address on my Nevada photo ID card, can I still join?

To be eligible for membership, all applicants must possess a valid, 21+ Nevada-issued photo ID card with a Las Vegas area address (including the cities of: Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson only). If the photo Nevada-issued photo ID card submitted by the applicant does not meet this Membership Requirement they will not be eligible for service.

My Nevada photo ID card is expired or within 90 days of expiring or voided. Can I still join?

To be considered eligible for membership, all applicants must possess a valid (non-expired / non-voided) 21+ Nevada-issued Driver’s License or a valid, 21+ Nevada-issued State ID card. The ID card must have a Las Vegas area address (Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, or Henderson only). ID cards which are expired, voided, or within 90 days of their expiration date, will not be accepted for the Las Vegas residency verification process.

I paid for my subscription, but I don’t meet the Membership Requirements. What do I do?

If you paid for a membership already, but don’t meet the Membership Requirements (due to age, or Las Vegas residency requirements), you can send an email our Support Team for assistance with cancelling and refunding the account.

How long do I have to complete the application process once I start?

Applicants will have 14 calendar days to complete their application once they start the application process. Please note, the application process is initiated when you enter your email address, create a password, and select the “Sign Up” button. You will receive reminder emails to complete the application process if you do not complete it right away.

Why haven’t I received the email verification code yet?

Please allow up to 10 minutes (or in some cases longer) for the automated verification code email to be delivered. If you haven’t received the verification code email, please check your spam folder. Also, double check you entered the correct email address upon signing up for a new account. Verification codes will time out, so you may need to request a new code if too much time has passed. Please wait at least 10 minutes before requesting an additional verification code.

Why do I have to submit verification photos?

This is the process we use to verify an applicant’s Local Residency. As this is one of our membership requirements, we will be unable to provide you with access to our service if you’re unable to complete the application’s verification process.

Is the online application the only way to submit verification photos?

For security reasons, the only way to submit verification photos is through our secure online application process. We are unable to accept verification photos through any other means, such as by email. As this is one of our membership requirements, we will be unable to provide you with access to our service if you’re unable to complete the online application.

How can I take better photos for the verification process?

Our website utilizes the camera on whatever device the applicant uses to take their photos with, the website itself does not have a camera. A preview of the image captured by the applicant is shown to the applicant prior to submitting their application. The applicant is able to retake any of the image(s) if necessary prior to submitting their application.

Additional tips for capturing better verification photos:

  • Ensure the entire ID card is located within the frame of the picture.
  • Ensure your entire face and hand with 3 fingers pointing at ear is within the frame of the picture.
  • Place ID card on a solid-colored, dark, matte finish surface to reduce glare.
  • Ensure the room you capture the images in has good lighting.
  • Ensure images are not blurry, too dark, shadowy, or have glare.
  • Ensure the camera lens on your device is clean and free of smudges.
  • Remove any sunglasses, hats, hoods, headdresses, etc.
  • All images of ID cards should be clearly legible (able to be read easily).
  • Review images captured prior to submitting your application. If necessary, retake any images as needed before submitting.

Any image(s) captured which are not verifiable by our team will not be accepted. The application will be sent back to the applicant for them to fix any outstanding issue(s). Repetitive image issues will result in cancellation of the application. Reminder, if you submitted an application in full then you also paid for your subscription.

I submitted my application, when will my account be approved?

Our team reviews all applications within 3 business days of submission. We will reach out to provide you with an update on your account’s approval status as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind:

  • If there are any issues with your application, we’ll reach out to let you know to get them fixed!
  • Application review can take up to 3 business days (Mondays – Fridays). This means if you submit an application on Friday, approval may take until Wednesday of the following week.
  • You will receive an email when your account is approved.

How do I finish submitting an application I already started?

Follow the steps below to finalize your application:

  1. Visit our website at: pluginvegas.com.
  2. Click on the “Member’s Login” link located near the top of the page.
  3. Log In using your email address and password.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete all remaining steps and to submit the application for review.

How do I submit a new application after incorrectly completing one before?

If you were denied service due to ineligibility—from not completing some or all of the verification photos correctly, you may still be eligible to join our service IF you meet all of our Membership Requirements. If you meet all of the Membership Requirements, then you may contact our Support Team by email for further assistance with resetting the account.

I’m experiencing an issue while trying to submit my application. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with submitting your membership application. Please send us an email providing the following information to help us diagnose and correct the issue:

  • A detailed description of what is happening
  • A screenshot of the issue occurring
  • What device type and model you’re using to complete the application
  • Any detailed email instructions we have sent to you regarding your application

What is the status of my application?

We will email you within 3 business days to update you on the status of your account. Additional reference guides are below.

  • If you submitted only part of the application: When you log into the website at pluginvegas.com, it will automatically direct you back to the step of the application process where you left off.
  • If you submitted the full application: When you log into the website at pluginvegas.com, it will show a screen which states “Account in Review.”
  • If your account was approved for membership: When you log into the website at pluginvegas.com, it will show the members-only dashboard page.
