Any account with an expired ID card will be subject to cancellation.

Event Attendance

Members MUST attend events they reserve tickets to. If a member does not, their membership will be cancelled—and the member will be ineligible for future service. Members are only to reserve tickets to events they are certain they will be able to attend. Members who require further assistance with a reservation are to contact our Support Team via email.

Members may attend one event per day. In addition to the one event per day rule, Ticket & Event Limits may also apply—see individual events for more details.

Members must arrive for event check-in, and ticket pick-up on time. Late arrival to an event check-in / ticket pick-up is treated the same as a no show, the Member's account will be cancelled. The Member should always allow for plenty of extra time prior to an event check-in/ticket pick-up for things such as locating event parking, locating the box office, locating the theater or venue, the possibility of having to wait in a line before entering the venue/show, etc.

Members are responsible for locating parking and/or paying for any applicable parking fees associated with attending an event. Members who do not attend an event due to issues with locating parking or paying for parking fees will be subject to account cancellation. Plug In Vegas is not liable for any parking fees or other such fees paid for by a member when attending an event, or reimbursement for such fees in the instance an event is cancelled by the venue.

Member reservations are not transferable. When a member already has a reservation for a specific event date, the Member cannot "switch" to a different event or event date if they should change their mind, or if they see another event become available which they would rather attend.

Members will conduct themselves in a professional manner and follow all rules, dress codes, directions, and requirements as laid out by the venue. Each venue's management team reserves all rights, including but not limited to: Searching all personal items and bags prior to event entry, Prohibiting items that are allowed within the venue, Requesting / removing a member from an event, etc. Any member who is reported to have created any type of issue, disturbance, complaint, or altercation at, within, or towards a venue will be subject to having their membership immediately canceled. Members are receiving free tickets to the event, therefore the member and all of their guests are to act accordingly.

Reservations

Members may attend one event per day. Ticket & Event Limits may apply. See individual events for more details.

Members may reserve up to 2 or up to 4 tickets per day (based upon their membership level). Members are not able to reserve more tickets to an event than their membership allows (maximum of up to 2 or up to 4 tickets per day, with a maximum of one event per day). All ticketing is available on a first come first serve basis, and while supplies last. There will never be an instance where a member has more than 4 tickets to an event.

Plug In Vegas does NOT accept reservation cancellations. If a member reserves tickets to an event, they will be required to attend the event.

Members are to contact our Support Team by email if they require assistance with their reservation. If you require special assistance with a reservation or experience a reservation issue, please send our Support Team an email prior to the event.

When a member already has a reservation for a specific event date, they cannot "switch" to a different event if they should change their mind, or if they see another event become available which they would rather attend. The initial (first) reservation will be the only reservation honored based upon the reservation's origin date and timestamp.

Members are required to login to their user account to create a reservation. The member must have an active account to be eligible to create a reservation.

Plug In Vegas does not create reservations on behalf of member requests. Any request for a reservation sent via email to our Support Team will NOT be honored.

Members cannot create reservations for any event which exceeds their account access expiry date.

Members must abide by all age restrictions as stated in the event's description. If an event is listed as "All Ages" members may use their best judgement based upon the content of the event. Events with specific age restrictions listed require all attendees to meet the specified age restriction in order to attend the event. Age restrictions are not a suggestion, they are a requirement for attending the event.

Ticketing

All ticketing is available on a first come, first serve basis. There are not an unlimited number of tickets available to events, ticketing is limited. Events are subject to "sell out" so members are encouraged to log in regularly to check event availability.

Members MUST select the total number of tickets they would like to an event. Members are NOT automatically given a certain number of tickets to an event based upon their membership level. If the ticket quantity drop-down box on the event's registration form lists only the number "1" as an option, then it is the last ticket available to the event; and so on and so forth. All ticketing is subject to event availability.

Members MUST fully utilize every ticket they reserve to an event. Members who use less tickets than the total number of tickets they reserved to an event will experience account cancellation.

All reserved tickets will be in the Plug In Vegas member's name. There is no need for the member to enter the names of each of their guests.

Member tickets are not transferable. Members MUST attend all events they reserve tickets to. Members are NOT to transfer tickets or mobile tickets to another person or third party for any reason. Any member who transfers tickets to a third party will experience immediate account cancellation and will be banned from future service.

If the ticket quantity drop-down box on the event's registration form lists only the number "1" as an option, then it is the last ticket available to the event. All ticketing is subject to event availability.

All ticketing and event availability is at the complete discretion of each individual venue. Plug In Vegas does NOT have control over ticketing, seating, or changes made to event offerings, each individual venue has complete control over these factors.

Members understand that although rare, there is potential for an event to be cancelled by the venue, and the member assumes all associated risk when they reserve tickets to an event.

All tickets are considered complementary and carry no cash value. Members are not to sell their event tickets, or give them away to a third party. Any member found violating this Membership Rule will be removed as a member immediately, and they will be held legally liable for any damages caused to Plug In Vegas and/or its Venue Partners.

Event Limits

Members may attend one event per day. Ticket & Event Limits may apply. See individual events for more details.

Plug In Vegas and/or its Venue Partners reserve the right to limit the number of tickets a member may reserve to an event, or the number of times a member may attend a particular event in a designated period of time.

Any member who does not adhere to the Event Limit Policy will experience one, or all, of the following: (1) Immediate Reservation Removal, (2) Warning placed onto their user account, and/or (3) their membership will be subject to immediate cancellation, and the member will be considered ineligible (banned) from future membership.

Ticket Pick-Up

Only the Plug In Vegas member whose name is listed on the reservation may pick-up event tickets. Ticketing is nontransferable.

The member MUST be a Las Vegas area resident with a valid 21+, Nevada-issued Driver's License or Nevada-issued State photo ID card in order to pick-up event tickets. Military ID's and out of state ID cards are not accepted for ticket pick-up.

Members MUST attend events they reserve tickets to. If a member does not, their membership will be cancelled.

All attendees on a reservation MUST be present at the time of event check-in. Tickets will not be issued to the member if all attendees on the reservation (the member and their guests) are not present. For example, if you reserved 4 tickets, then the member must be present with their 3 guests at the time of ticket pick-up/event check-in.

All guests of the Plug In Vegas member MUST meet the posted age restriction for events. Age restrictions are not a suggestion, they are a requirement to attend the event. Events listed as "All Ages" are at the discretion of the Plug In Vegas Member. We recommend to always using your best judgement and discernment to determine if an "All Ages" event is appropriate for young children and young adolescents to attend.

Age restricted events will require the all guests of the plug In Vegas Member to show their valid age appropriate photo identification card. Further requirements for the types of ID cards each individual venue will accept are provided in the Reservation Confirmation email for each event.

Ticket pick-up times and pick-up locations are solely determined by each individual venue. Plug In Vegas has no control over ticket pick-up times, pick-up locations, or venue-specific restrictions on event ticketing.

Event Seating

All ticketing, admission, and seating (if seating is applicable to the event) is at the full discretion of the venue. Venues will do their best to ensure each member's reservation is seated together, however this is not a guarantee.

Plug In Vegas has no control over seat assignments or special seating requests (such as, but not limited to: aisle seating, handicap accessible seating, etc.). Our venue partners handle all seating assignments and reserve the right to handle those seating assignments as they see best fit for their operation. Each venue will do their best to accommodate special seating requests within reason and if the seating is available for the event, however this is not a guarantee.

Seating is unavailable at events which are classified as "Standing Room Only" events.

Events are Subject to Change

Lineups, talent and event availability is subject to change through the venue without providing prior notice. Additionally, each individual venue reserves all rights, including the right to remove or cancel an event in advance, remove or cancel an event same-day, and/or remove or cancel an event last minute without providing prior notice. Should a venue cancel an event, the Venue and/or Plug In Vegas will do their best to contact each individual member who reserved tickets—although this is not a guarantee or a requirement of Plug In Vegas or the Venue. Each venue reserves the right to refuse service to any patron if they deem it a necessary action.

All ticketing and event availability is at the complete discretion of each individual venue. Plug In Vegas does NOT have control over ticketing, seating, or changes made to event offerings including but not limited to event cancellation or event removal. Each individual venue has complete control over these factors.

Members understand that although rare, there is potential for an event to be cancelled by the venue without prior notice, and the member assumes all associated risk when they reserve tickets to an event.
